Delicious spongy Passionfruit tart made by the Welsh Gluten Free Bakery

 

Ingredients: Self raising flour Gluten Free (Rice Flour, Potato Flour, Tapioca Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Raising Agents: Mono-Calcium, Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate Thickener , Xanthan Gum). Vegetable Fat Spread (Vegetable Oils (Rapeseed,Palm), Water, Salt, Emulsifier: polyglycerol esters of fatty acid (475), Natural Flavour, Acid (Citric Acid) Colour Carotenes) . Pasteurised whole Egg, caster sugar Passion Fruit Curd, Passion Fruit Curd Sugar, Passion Fruit Juice, Butter(milk) Free Range Egg Yoke, Free Range Whole Egg, Gelling Agent (Citrus Pectin). Cassava flour, lemon juice, glycerine, Lemon rind, Passion ( Flavouring).
